Hello minna-san! welcome to the official fanlisting approved by TAFL.org for the 13th Dragonball Z movie character Tapion.
He's my favourite character after Vegeta; he is strong, brave and loyal and it would be wonderful if he was a Dragon Ball character.

TAPION
A warrior of legend and bravery, Tapion appears in the movie, Wrath of the Dragon, as the guardian of Hildegarn's top half. He is roughly six feet tall, has light skin and a mohawk of bright red hair. He wields a sword and an ocarina which he says are gifts from god. His name is a pun on tapioca. He is originally from the planet Konats, and was sent to Earth trapped inside a magical box where he could contain Hildegarn. Unfortunately, Hoi, a black magician, tricked the Z-Fighters into getting Shenron to open up the box and release Tapion. Outside of the box, Tapion could not contain Hildegarn and he was released. After Goku defeated Hildegarn, Tapion went back to his home planet inside the Time Machine, after giving his sword to Trunks. In Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 he is a playable character.
